We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in US staffing, specializing in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of roles, including technical, scientific, engineering, professional, clinical, and regulatory positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:

Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks, to identify top talent.

Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

Screening & Qualification:

Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements.

Ensure candidates meet specific Pharmaceutical/Medical Device industry standards and compliance certifications.

ATS & Documentation:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients throughout the interview process.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in US staffing, with a focus on Pharmaceutical or Medical Device recruitment.

Education: Bachelors Degree required.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Familiarity with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
