Manager - Business Analyst (3-5 yrs)

This would be a fulltime role with one of our esteemed MNC clients for Gurgaon location.

Responsibilities:.

1) Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality business analysis services.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that aligns with the organization's goals.

2) CMMi Level 5 Compliance:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of CMMi Level 5 processes and implement best practices to ensure adherence to quality standards in all business analysis activities.

3) Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the implementation of best practices in business analysis methodologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in business analysis processes.

4) Stakeholder Engagement:

- Work closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and project teams to gather and understand business requirements.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

5) Performance Measurement:

- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of business analysis processes.

- Regularly assess team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

- 50% travel is required for PAN India clients and teams.
