Project Manager (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- Define project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.

- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.

- Manage project budgets and control costs, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, policies, and procedures.

- Facilitate project meetings and workshops, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.

- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

- Conduct post-project reviews and identify lessons learned.

- Implement and maintain project management tools and systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, PRINCE2).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
