Business Analyst (3-5 yrs)

Experience : 3 - 4.5 years of experience

Why do we need the role?

- To understand the As-Is and To-Be states and then break the requirements down into user stories.

Deliverables to achieve the above :

- As-Is and To-Be States of the application documented

- Wireframes to help analyze the requirement

- User stories Requirements broken down into smaller pieces

Tasks and Responsibilities :

- Own the backlog and the backlog grooming ceremony.

- Ensure maximum availability to the team for clarifications and address blockers.

- Elaborate business and functional requirements into User Stories

- Responsible for requirements quality, including acceptance criteria and wireframes

Education and Experience :

- Specify what level of education is needed (secondary school, technical school, university, master, PHD, etc).

- Define how many years relevant working experience is required and which type of experience.

Education : Bachelor/Master degree with information technology

Experience : Required additional experience of 5 years with working in an IT environment as a business analyst, developer or similar

- Required experience of at least 3 years as a Business Analyst

Competencies :

- Excellent written and oral communication in English

- Strong wireframing and analytical skills

- Quickly understand the requirements

Key Interfaces and Stakeholders :

- Managers

- Team Members

- Geography to cover and Travel requirements - No travel requirements as of now. But if the person in the role is promoted at a later stage, then travelling might be required.
