Presales Engineer - Solution Design (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Role Overview :

The Pre-Sales Engineer works closely with the Sales team to provide technical expertise during the Sales Cycle. They are responsible for understanding the customer's technical needs, crafting solutions that meet those needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products or services.

Industry exposure :

Distribution/ System Integrators s/ GSI / Retail/Service Providers/OEMs with Hand On experience on anyone of the Cybersecurity Solutions like Perimeter Security (Firewall), End points (AV, EDR, EPP). IDAM (SSO, MFA, PIM/PAM).

Technical skill sets required :

- Server, Storage & Software Presales / Hands-on / Solution Design / PoC / Demo.

- Knowledge and skills required : Storage, Server & Backup Technologies.

- Industry exposure : HPE/Dell-EMC/Lenovo/NetApp/Hitachi/Nutanix

- Personal attributes required : Good Presentation Skills

Key responsibilities of the job :

- Solution Design,

- BoM Preparation,

- Partner & End-Customer Meetings

- Training and Product PoC

- Client analysis, qualifying the sales lead to opportunity,

- Assisting the sales team in the product overview,

- Closely working with vendor and Customer engagement,

- Guiding on customer proposal for an RFP.

- Product Demo
