IT Delivery Associate For Healthcare IT Solutions Company

Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction & Data Gathering:
• Collaborate with key personnel at hospitals to gather existing master data, including:
• Billing Charge Master
• Doctor Master List
• Pathology and Radiology Investigation Rate Lists (In-house and Outsourced)
• Room, Ward, and Nursing Station Master
• Understand the hospital's workflows and requirements thoroughly.
2. Data Preparation & Migration:
• Prepare collected data into provided Excel templates.
• Ensure data accuracy and readiness for loading into the software.
3. Client Training & Support:
• Conduct training sessions for hospital staff, explaining the software's functionalities and usage.
• Provide post-deployment support, either remotely or through on-site visits, to address client issues and ensure smooth operations.
4. Technical Collaboration:
• While not required, familiarity with Python Django Web Development is a plus to understand the system's backend processes.
5. Leadership & Growth:
• Exhibit leadership skills to guide junior team members in the future as the company scales.
• Mentor and manage a small team of associates during implementation and support phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree BCA, B.Tech, MCA in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in client-facing roles or delivery/implementation projects.
• Strong command of Excel for data preparation and formatting.
• Basic understanding of web technologies; knowledge of Python Django is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel for client site visits.
• Passion for Healthcare IT and enthusiasm to grow in a booming sector.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in hospital management or healthcare IT is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
