As a Service Engineer at SKS Ultrasounds, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of ultrasound equipment for our clients. You will be responsible for conducting maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on ultrasound machines, both in-house and at client sites. Your primary duties and responsibilities include:
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on ultrasound machines to ensure they are operating at peak performance levels. This includes cleaning, calibrating, and testing equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with ultrasound equipment, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components as needed.
Client Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients regarding equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, repair logs, and parts inventory. Generate service reports and documentation for client records and internal tracking purposes.
Training and Development: Stay updated on the latest developments in ultrasound technology and equipment. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
