- Installation of OS like Windows 98, 2000 Professional, Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 2000 & 2003 Server.
- Troubleshooting LAN & WAN connectivity issues.
- Diagnosis & creation of email IDs on Mail Server.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express.
- Installation, configuration, and management of print servers & network printers.
- Pushing antivirus agent to client machines through the Antivirus central management console.
- Checking antivirus logs from the Antivirus central management console.
- Scan scheduling for client machine antivirus from the Antivirus central management console.
- Installation of OS like Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows XP, and Windows 7.
- Installation and configuration of standard software like Microsoft Office.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook, Tally ERP 9, Tally 9 & Tally 7.2.
- Solving Windows Operating System-related problems.
- Installing network printers and solving printer-related problems.
- Assembling of systems.
- Worked on branded systems (HP, IBM, and Dell).
- Desktop assembling & disassembling.
- All client & server OS installation.
- Network monitoring and configuration of Wi-Fi routers (Netgear, D-Link, iBall).
- Installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers & basic network equipment.
- Windows Administration.
