Client Details:

A leading player in the Property and Real Estate Development industry based in Pune

Description:

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for various business verticals within the Group.

- Build a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future workforce needs.

2. Succession Planning:

- Design and execute succession planning frameworks to identify and groom high-potential employees for critical roles.

- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure continuity in leadership and key positions across the organization.

3. Real Estate Industry Expertise:

- Leverage prior experience in the real estate sector to source and onboard professionals with niche skill sets relevant to the industry.

- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, talent availability, and competitor benchmarks.

4. Database and Network Management:

- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates across markets, ensuring readiness for immediate and future talent needs.

- Develop and nurture a strong network pool of industry professionals to tap into diverse and high-quality talent sources.

5. Leadership and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with respective Business Head | Senior leadership to understand organizational goals and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external consultants to drive efficient recruitment processes.

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate selection.

6. End-to-End Recruitment:

- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling and sourcing to negotiation and onboarding.

- Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies during the hiring process

Profile:

A successful 'HR Manager' should have:

- 8+ years of overall experience in Human Resources, Talent Acqusition experience is a must

- Open to Pune as a location, WFO


- Candidate should come with experience dealing with the Property/Real Estate Development industry
