Role and Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Serve as the HR Leader with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and dynamics, fostering a motivating and engaging work environment.
- Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, enhancing motivation and engagement through effective communication and support strategies.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive employee policies and procedures in compliance with Health & Safety laws and regulations.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled candidates.
- Culture Building: Cultivate a positive organizational culture, promoting collaboration and inclusivity, especially for remote and hybrid employees.
- Process Implementation: Drive initiatives for building a robust people function, focusing on process enhancements and policy implementations.
- Engagement Strategies: Develop and execute engagement strategies to connect with remote and hybrid employees, ensuring their inclusion in the organizational culture.
Qualifications:
- Work Set-up: 6 days Work From Office
- Team: 2
- Experience: Proven track record of 12 - 15 years in HR leadership roles, with a focus on employee relations, policy formulation, and compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in EPC or Renewables is preferred, but candidates from other industries will also be considered.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to navigate the complexities of a hybrid workforce and implement innovative HR solutions.
