HR Leader - MNC Medical Equipment Company
- Provide thought leadership and serve as business advisor to management on organizational and talent management issues.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, as well as key leaders and stakeholders
- Execute competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with local compensation regulations and standards.
- Lead the India HR team in the provision of all HR services and compliance with all labor laws pertaining to India employment, including organizational design, job structures, recruitment, onboarding, benefit and compensation administration, payroll, retention, and HR-related policies.
- Coach employees and managers through performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback
A Successful Candidate must have:
- 12 years of HR generalist or HR business partnering experience, including at least 5 years in an HR leadership role.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive knowledge of India labor laws and compliance activities.
- Strong relationship building, stakeholder management, and communications skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, compensation, compliance, etc.)
- Leadership presence and strong ability to influence resolution of issues among diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in driving organizational change and identifying critical HR practices that help support change overall.
