Head - Plant HR - Human Resources & Administration

Responsibilities:

- The Head of Human Resources (HR) will be responsible for leading and managing all HR and admin functions of the company, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance in GMP and FDA standards of its pharmaceutical API business.

- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the plant's objectives and operational requirements in a GMP and FDA environment.

- He/ she will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR and administration within a manufacturing facility and for the company. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage employee relations, and oversee recruitment, training, and development programs.

- Lead HR operations across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement.

- Good exposure to Liaising, Industrial Relations, Contract labor management, Trade Unions management and plant HR functions and its compliance.
