What is the role?
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the Technology industry. Develop and execute strategies to onboard new accounts and establish long-lasting business relationships with our existing accounts.
- PnL/Team Management - You will come in as a leader in the product technology vertical and will eventually get to lead a small premium team of consultants (Tier 1 backgrounds).
- CXO Engagement: Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers within client organizations. Understand their business needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions along with other value added services.
- Business Development: Drive sales and business development activities to achieve revenue targets. Develop a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Alliance Building and Key Account Management: Build and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships with industry associations, key players, and relevant stakeholders.
- End-to-End Recruitment: The roles that you pick up from the clients, you yourself are responsible to close those roles via digging into our internal network, LinkedIN reachouts, Social media posts, pointed head hunting, job portal advertisements, generating referrals etc.
- You will lead the entire recruitment process from client consultation to candidate placement. It is your job to provide our clients with top notch talent who are also tailor made for their culture and growth stage.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities within the given sector.
Who is our successful applicant?
- We are ONLY looking for candidates from a B2B sales background with extensive experience in hunting and closing contracts end to end. Need folks who are comfortable in lead generation, cold calling and doing face to face consultative sales. Brownie points for someone having CXO connects in the technology industry.
