Job Purpose:
- Working closely with our Senior Manager for Reward and Benefits and Benefits and Wellbeing Manager, this role provides administrative support for our day-to-day activities within Reward, Benefits and Recognition.
- As a Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of our Reward, Benefits and Recognition portals and the data associated with them. You will also have responsibility for central email inboxes, administration of employee benefits and analysis of salary benchmarking data.
- The role is situated between the three areas of Reward, Benefits and Recognition, so building and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential. The ideal candidate will be analytical with strong attention to detail and ability to work with a number of stakeholders.
- This role is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure and experience in the areas of Reward, Benefits and Recognition. There will be ample opportunities to be involved in project work alongside day-to-day activity.
About the role:
- Act as the owner of the Benefits inbox, answering benefits and pension queries, liaising with external stakeholders as necessary, escalating queries when required and providing an efficient and professional service to our internal stakeholders in line with our culture of doing the right thing, taking responsibility and showing respect.
- Support the Reward, Benefits and Recognition functions by providing system and data support including loading of data files, cleansing of data as necessary and exporting data and reporting.
- Provide administrative assistance to the firm's annual pay and bonus reviews through data analysis, system maintenance and document creation.
- Assist the Reward function in analysing salary benchmarking data and creating salary ranges.
- Create and maintain a suite of regular Reward, Benefits and Recognition reporting from the firm's HRIS and produce ad-hoc reporting as requested.
- Input into continuous development of Reward, Benefits and Recognition processes.
- Assist with Reward, Benefits and Recognition project work as required from time to time.
- Develop strong working relationships with the HR Shared Services and HR Business Partnering teams, supporting them in an administrative and analytical capacity as required.
- Must have MS-excel skills to include below:
- Using advance formulas and functions (e.g., Vlookup, If, Countif, etc.)
- Pivot table creation and manipulation.
- Conditional formatting, Data Validations.
- Managing complex data.
