Job Description

Senior Manager Global HR - Managed Services
Location: India (Supporting Global Operations)

We're seeking an experienced HR leader to build and manage our global human capital strategy. The role will be instrumental in scaling our organization from 10 to 100+ employees across multiple geographies while maintaining our dynamic culture and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Development & Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Design and maintain organizational structure to support rapid business growth
  • Create and manage succession planning programs
  • Lead change management initiatives across global locations


Global Talent Management

  • Drive global recruitment strategies across US
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages for multiple regions
  • Implement performance management systems including 360-degree feedback
  • Create and oversee training and development programs
  • Manage international mobility and expatriate programs


Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions
  • Oversee US payroll and benefits administration
  • Implement and manage HRIS systems
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution


Culture & Employee Experience

  • Foster a positive, inclusive company culture across diverse locations
  • Design employee engagement initiatives
  • Facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives


Required Qualifications:

  • 7-15 years of progressive HR experience in global organizations
  • Proven experience managing US workforce and understanding of US employment laws
  • Strong knowledge of international HR practices and cross-border employment
  • Experience with HRIS implementation and management
  • Track record of scaling organizations from startup to growth phase
  • Excellence in cross-cultural communication and team management
  • Strong understanding of global benefits and compensation structures


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • SHRM/HRCI certification (not mandatory, but will be preferred)
  • Experience in retail, wholesale, or design industry
  • Experience working with teams across Asia and Western markets
