Front Office Receptionist

Looking for Front Office cum Admin Executive for Meyer Organics Pvt. Ltd. Head Office

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain front office reception area
• Answering, screening and transferring incoming phone calls. Handling EPBAX
• Co-ordinate with Staff for their call requests.
• Attending visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately.
• Look after visitors / candidates movements in and out of the Organization
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, coordination with different departments
• Organize conference, auditorium and meeting room for HO & Field Staff.
• Other admin. work of HR as and when required.
• Courier management
• Coordination for canteen/pantry services, AMC and housekeeping related issues

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal and written communication

Flexible in approach, go getter

Good with MS Excel, Powerpoint

Location : Wagle Estate, Thane-West
