Role Title - Lead- Talent Management

Role Summary- The incumbent plays a key role in supporting the organizations efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This position involves coordinating talent programs, assisting with performance and development initiatives, and ensuring employees experience meaningful growth aligned with the companys goals.
Working with Head- Talent Management

What the role entails Key accountabilities/ responsibilities- Employer Branding

• Strengthening companys online presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Metropolis Career Page, Glassdoor etc. to attract top talent

Talent Management

• Identifying early warning signals of potential employee attrition allowing organization to take proactive steps to retain talent
• Employee Surveys: Responsible for rolling out the survey, manage pre and post -launch analytics
• Program management for Functional Academies
• Anchor career development calls with employees

Managing key HR Drives

• Performance Management Systems: Driving PMS through regular dashboards, manage interface with the vendor for issue resolution, assist employees with issue resolution
• New Hire Survey Feedback: Drive participation by new hires for the survey, share analysis with regional HR teams
• Mandatory Trainings: Drive completion of POSH, COC, IT Security etc. through regular dashboards etc.

Risk Management

• Drive closure on actionable related to the Enterprise Risk Management for TMD vertical

Analytics and Reporting

• Monitor and analyse key talent metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data trends and analysis.
