Updating employee databases, handling all attendance and payroll operationsHandling HR-related matters, petty cash management, records maintenance, and timesheet collectionManage all communication with candidates from the moment they are selected until they get on boardInitiating background checks on shortlisted candidatesPreparing and sending offer/appointment lettersExecuting HRMS transactions regarding employee status changes ensuring data integrityInteracting with clients for future work and resource allocation requirements

**Requirements:**

Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management, BBA or equivalentShould have excellent communication skillsProficiency in all Microsoft Office applicationsShould be able to track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projectsShould be able to multitask.Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work alone or as part of a team.Excellent administrative and organizational skills.Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skillsAbility to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
