Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and ensure a smooth handover for further engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align strategies and messaging. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements: Proven experience (2-5 years) in SaaS sales, lead generation, and cold calling,ideally within the HR Tech sector. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and engaging demeanor. Familiarity with international sales processes and cultural nuances. Experience with CRM tools and sales automation software. Willing to work on-site from our office in Hyderabad
