Generate enquiry by customer visits Follow-up with customer and securing the enquiry, Verifying & confirming the acceptability of the enquiry in accordance with company products & solutions, export control regulations, compliance requirements, business policies etc. Registering the opportunity in CRM & updating the status regularly Risk assessment & abatement strategies for specific enquiry, customer, project etc. Submitting the offer, techno-commercial clarification & negotiation with customers Collecting the order Preparation of check-list, Project work-book, costing/pricing summary, securing necessary approvals from BU Manager, Legal, Finance, MD as required Handover the order for execution to project team Sales Hands-off Customer relations management Meeting TMIND business target assigned to the SM Management reporting o Enquiry pipeline o Order forecasts Short term/long term business o Hit rate (success rate) analysis, Lost order analysis, strategies for improvement etc. o Market intelligence, information of competition

Essential : -Bachelor s degree with 8-10 years relevant work experience.
Desired : - Preferably bachelor s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. Knowledge- Product knowledge, Battery Sizing calculation, Use CRM to track customer related activities, communication & market data.
