Managing Business Development team
Key account management of existing customers, identifying new customers
Technical discussions with customers, understanding their needs, suggesting suitable solutions to them
Working with the Project Engineering Team to design a solution
Demonstrating and benchmarking our products against the competition and acquiring orders
Prepare Costing sheets, Prepare and Send Techno-Commercial Proposals
Participate in Tenders
Contract Negotiations
Coordinate between Project Team and Customer during execution to sort out technical and commercial issues
Achieve Targets
Coordinate with Customers during Acceptance and Proving Phase
Collect Payments
Continuous account management of newly acquired customers for repeat business
Adequate market knowledge of the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Odisha
Good written and verbal communication skills
