Creo Design Engineer( Exhaust gas )

3D design and drafting in Product Development projects.
Focus on designing mechanical components using CREO, ensuring optimal functionality and manufacturability for Exhaust-gas treatment systems.
Skills in CAD software Creo, PDM tool (PDM link) and knowledge of 2D drawings.
Knowledge of SAP like Preparing of Bill of materials and release the sample products in SAP.
Strong knowledge of design and manufacturing processes including sheet metals, die casting and injection molding.
Good understanding of GDT and applications like ISO standards.
Build 2D drawing with functional dimensions according to ISO standards.
Strong knowledge on building tolerance stack-up and optimize dimensioning.
Creating and developing components requirements, specifications, and other documents as per Bosch standard
and processes.
Comply with product development process and design standards of Bosch.
Identify and solve design and product related issues.
Participate in project reviews to ensure that project deliverables are met.
Focus on continues improvement in quality, cost, and time by use of platform-based development.
Making design proposals in products for customers.
Carry out/execute engineering change request (ECR) and take responsibility for approval process of serial product
as per change request from Customer and Supplier.
Collaborate with other functional teams to integrate mechanical designs into final products.
Develop design concepts to validate and work closely with RD team to ensure the prototypes are tested during production.
Focus on providing 100% utilization and ensure delivering consistent quality of work in all the projects.
Taking responsibility for serial product and its releasement for production as per PPAP documentation.
Required basic knowledge of PPAP, FMEA and use of special characteristics.
Working to project schedule, ensuring quality, accuracy and efficiency of the work being performed.
Maintain open communications with customers and suppliers by providing technical support to meet their expectations.
