Skill set
- Hands-on Experience in New Product Development Mandatory
- Relevant design experience in Power Electronics Products, ECU, Gateways, VCU, etc.
- Good CAD Skills; Conversant with PDM; Excellent proficiency with Creo
- Conceptualization to Industrialization - Complete Product Life Cycle development experience for at least two products
- Tooling (Press fit, Injection Molds, Stampings, Castings) experience an added advantage
- Experienced in DFMEA, DRBFM, Troubleshooting, Root cause analysis (8D)
- Experience in Industrialization, Cross-functional support to Plant, Sourcing, Quality
- Should have realized design through any of these three-manufacturing processes (Injection Molding, Sheetmetal/Press tool part design, Pressure Die casting) by themselves and not just designing in CAD alone
- Should have sound knowledge in any of the above-mentioned manufacturing processes
- Awareness of IATF16949:2016 specs and development of products accordingly
- GDT Knowledge Mandatory
- Shall be an effective Problem solver, Proactive, Self-driven professional
