Job Objective.
:The candidate will be responsible for developing, designing and maintaining overhead and underground network solutions.
You will be a part of the existing Product Development, R&D and laboratory teams.
You will act as an important link between our marketing team and our products.
Job Specification.
:Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Diploma from CIPET/CTTC/NTTF.
6+ years of experience in Product design and development functio.
nExperience in designing of plastic, sheet metal, die casting, extrusion and machining parts.
Proficient and Hands on experience of 4-5 years in 3-D modeling cad software in Pro-E/Creo6-Windchill (must), AutoCAD (must).
Sound knowledge of materials, injection plastic molding, aluminum die casting, tooling's, and manufacturing processes.
Experience in Prototype Development, testing and validation.
Knowledge of design tools like GD & T, Design review & analysis, DFM, DFA etc Hands on experience in analysis software (Pro-e-Mechanica, preferably) and techniques.
Ability to lead the multiple project and team from concept to manufacturing to mass production.
Experience with Utility Networks and knowledge of international standards like NFC, EN, and IEC will be an asset.
