Midpoint Lead - SailPoint/Okta (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

- Any IGA product exp is mandatory(Sailpoint/Okta/Saviynt/Midpoint/ISIM/RSA/Ping/Oracle Identity/Microsoft Identity)etc integration, and customization experience.

- Candidate must have Development, implementation, integration, and customization experience.

- Willingness to learn MidPoint IDAM product (IGA, SSO, MFA) by self and other relevant tools/technologies.

- Readiness to work from client office in Delhi (all 5 days a week).

- Drive the implementation of IDAM solution (MidPoint or other)- to meet security and business requirements.

- Gathering Requirements, Developing connectors, LCM Events and workflows.

- Install, Customize, configure and support identify provisioning and Governance tools.

- Performing Installation and configuration of IGA product

- Involve in the IGA product upgrade

- Developing IAM Solutions using IGA product

- Aggregating and Provisioning users using various Connectors.

- Lead and participate in projects that include project resources to achieve project objectives.

- Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools.

- Develops the creation process of new audit reports, templates, ad-hoc and runs current audit reports for SOX, PCI, and CPNI for specific application.

- Implement new code into UAT and Production for system development lifecycle processes.

- Monitors delivery against SLAs and addresses exceptions to management.

- Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting.

- Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause resolution & reduce future incidents.

- Identify risks and issues and develops recommendations that address significant risks and complex issues.

- Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.

- Upgrade experience - planning, execution, stabilization.

- Self-driven and motivated

- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in comprehensive manner (i.e., translate and present technical information to business)

Qualification :

- Strong IDAM domain knowledge.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with IGA technologies, concepts and features.

- Development background (i.e. JAVA).

- Experience with IGA Administration and Implementation/upgrade.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

- Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write script
