- Configuring and delivering the IAM Toolset (SailPoint Identity IQ).

- Investigating and addressing business needs for IAM toolset functionalities.

- Collaborating with various teams to develop IAM security standards and processes.

- Onboarding new business applications into the IAM platform for certification.

- Supporting Agile delivery frameworks and broader project milestones.

- Ensuring compliance with FCA Conduct Rules through consistent delivery.

Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM delivery, ideally within financial services.

- Hands-on expertise in SailPoint Identity IQ, CyberArk, and Microsoft technologies.

- Strong business engagement skills with proven communication abilities.

- Knowledge of Agile frameworks and deployment/testing processes.
