Job Summary:

The Sales Excellence Support role will assist the Lead of Sales Excellence in optimizing and streamlining export order management processes for Merino Laminates. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely processing of international orders, contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Export Documentation Support:
• Assist in the preparation and processing of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of export documentation.
• Order Processing Assistance:
• Support the monitoring and tracking of export orders from placement to delivery.
• Assist in the coordination of order processing activities between sales, production, logistics, and other departments.
• Help identify and resolve order processing issues and delays.
• Customer Communication:
• Assist in providing timely and accurate order status updates to international customers.
• Support the handling of customer inquiries and requests related to export orders.
• Help maintain effective communication channels with international customers.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Assist in the collection and analysis of export order data.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to export order management.
• Help identify areas for process improvement based on data analysis.
• Process Improvement Support:
• Assist in the identification of bottlenecks and inefficiencies in export order management processes.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices.
• Help maintain and update process documentation.
• CRM and Systems Support:
• Assist in maintaining accurate data within the CRM system.
• Learn and utilize the company's order management software.
