Job Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 2-3 years of experience to lead our marketing efforts. You will oversee the management of social media platforms, website content, and a team of marketing professionals to drive our brands presence and align strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional development.

• Website Management:
• Oversee website content updates and ensure it reflects our branding and business goals.
• Work with web developers or internal teams to enhance user experience and resolve technical issues.
• Track website analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Marketing Campaigns & Strategy:
• Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively across platforms and campaigns.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Measure the effectiveness of campaigns, social media, and website performance using analytics tools.

Qualifications:
