SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR

We will count on you to:

• Support the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce functionalities.
• Assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.
• Drive and increase user adoption and ensure satisfaction, including delivering training and support.
• Interface regularly with the sales team/technology department and provide quality end user support, deliver exceptional support service.
• Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, security settings, access settings, and hierarchies, permission sets and public groups to support organization structure.
• Knowledge of Salesforce sharing and security. Design and build custom objects, sharing rules, page layouts, record types, custom settings, build and maintain customer portal and sites.
• Assist with the review, consolidation, and reduction of data discrepancies. Checks for restrictions on user accounts for vital data accessibility.
• Import Accounts, Leads, Contacts, and other data. Takes care of the removal of redundancy and duplicity of user accounts.
• Experienced data management and manipulation skills utilizing the Apex Data Loader or Demand Tools.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized. Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively, and have the propensity to handle urgent interruptions professionally.
• Conduct System testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and functionality.
• Availability and responsiveness to inquiries. Resolve the support tickets with strict adherence to deadlines.
• Document and maintain technical specifications, processes, and reports.
• Experience interacting and supporting geographically dispersed clients/users, strong oral and written communication skills.

• Stay updated with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.
• Identify key business challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Knowledge of API, APEX, SQL and PL/SQL a plus.

What you need to have:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience administering and developing SF.com, strong understanding and experience in administering sales cloud offerings.
• Certified System Administrator, Advanced Certified System Administrator or Certified Salesforce Consultant is desirable.
• Should be well versed with Sales, Service and Experience Cloud capabilities, features, and configurations.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Stay updated with new Salesforce releases and capabilities to recommend enhancements.
• Must enjoy challenging opportunities to assist or co-design solutions to complex issues.
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests, flexible to meet changing priorities and challenges.
• Ability to quickly research and systematically solve problems.
• Effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment.
