Job descriptions

1. Language Management for Markets (Translation steering & control)

Tasks

General coordination of language management for Global Training Worldwide

Receive & process translation inquires

Set-up and steering of workflow with corporate language management (GLM)

Preparation of SLAs based Standard accounting modelStandard accounting modelon the standard accounting (same accounting like the other hubs/headquarter)

Localization of the translated contents

Program management

Creation and process of simple graphics (Photoshop)

Edit the translated contents in the Learning Management System (LMS) or return in into the markets

Qualification

Splendid feeling for language and service

Advanced language skills in English (add: German would be of advantage)

Process knowledge of the Daimler Retail organization (HQ & Markets)

Knowledge in hotline management (email & telephone)

Communication skills

Basic knowledge of production of digital learning content

Education & Training:

BE/B.Des/MS with Technical concept/content development experience
