Job Description
Profession Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in the digitization and automation domain (preferably in finance/banking sectors) driving digital transformation and process improvements
- Strong analytical skills and data analysis, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for senior leadership
- Proven expertise in project management, particularly with Scrum or similar Agile methodologies, leading projects from concept to completion on time and within budget
- Proven track record in leading RPA projects and other automation initiatives to significantly reduce manual processes and improve system efficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, liaise with cross-functional teams and align business and technology goals to achieve measurable outcomes
Qualification
- Bachelors/Masters degree in CS/ IT / Analytics or equivalent experience
- Certifications in Project Management, RPA tools, cloud platforms, power Apps
