Purpose of Job:

The purpose of the job is to support sales and marketing efforts, assist with client relationships, ensure smooth project execution, conduct market research, and collaborate across teams to enhance service delivery.

Principal Accountabilities:

Sales Support:

- Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials to promote Marble products.

- Support the team in executing sales strategies and plans to drive volume growth.

Client Interaction:

- Help maintain relationships with existing clients and support efforts to acquire new business.

- Assist in addressing client inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Operational Assistance:

- Collaborate with team members to coordinate with the production team and ensure smooth project execution.

- Learn about the unique needs of key accounts and assist in aligning them with our products and services.

Market Research:

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.

- Gather insights to support the team's strategic initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with various internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

- Graduate in any field (preferably in business, marketing, or a related discipline)

- Candidates with up to 3-7 years of relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
