Key skills for the job
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Drive and maximize sales performance by motivating and supporting the regional teams.
- Monitor and analyse business trends across and within the West region
- Develop plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals within the district for all KPIs including sales, expense control and business contribution
- Continuously look for growth opportunities both with existing and new areas
- Ensure customer service standards are upheld consistently across all stores in the region
- Support Managers in recruitment efforts, train top Managers that can deliver results through effectively and independently managing all aspects of the business when necessary.
- Coach regional teams to develop and maintain operational best practices
- Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary
- Oversee all new distributors openings in region
- Act as a partner between sales team, sales leadership, and corporate business partners
- Travel to existing stores and new stores, as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Sales and primary sales objectives
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- Experience in the field for minimum 2 yrs
- Preferably from FMCG Brands
