We are looking out for Mgr/Sr Sales Mgr for our client office for Ahmedabad location.

Job Summary :

The Mgr/ Sr Sales Manager Project sales for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) will play a critical role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for direct customers, architects etc.

Required Qualification & Skills :

- Masters degree in Sales & Marketing or bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6-10 years of sales experience in the construction, PEB, Building material, related industry.

- Experience in technical sales or engineering sales is must.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-focused approach.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the PEB market and achieve sales targets.

- Generate leads through networking, industry events, and research.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders for projects.

- Build and maintain strong relationship with concerned authorities for the approvals.

- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

- Provide technical support and guidance to the clients to address complex inquiries and ensure effective solution selling.

- Develop detailed proposals and quotations, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals inconsideration with Sales Manager.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on market trends and customer feedback.

- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and customer service, to ensure successful project execution.

- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
