We are looking out for Regional /Zonal sales head -Mass Timber for South region for Bangalore/ Hyderabad or Chennai location.

Job Summary:
About the position:
The Regional Head - Business Development in Mass Timber is responsible for establishing and nurturing key customer relationships to drive sales in the mass timber sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, and representing the company at industry events to promote growth and align business development goals with operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the mass timber industry.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business development aligns with company resources.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key industry players and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Align business development goals with operational needs across various departments.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Promote corporate values in all business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil /. mechanical from a reputed college /institution .
- Overall 9 + years of sales experience in building material / Construction/ Timber /wood industry .
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related technical field (construction, engineering, architecture, manufacturing, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.
- Experience with developing sales strategy and product development plans.
- Mass timber experience/Real estatesales is considered an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in business development within the mass timber industry.
- Familiarity with prefabricated and modular building systems.
