- Develop budgets and execution plans for all channels, lines and branches in consultation with respective Channel Heads and CEO/CMO and its timely implementation.

- Thorough market understanding and developing strategies accordingly

- To undertake the resource allocation/planning recruitment to achieve targeted business growth within defined expense budget in alignment with laid out business practices

- Maintenance of overall business compliance standards

- Training of all agents/employees takes place periodically
