Marketing Head

Role & responsibilities

The Marketing Head will be handling/heading the following functions of Meghavi:- Marketing/Branding/Digital marketing CRM and Call Center

* Planning, monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activities, results and ROI.

* Managing creative/advertising agencies and retainer partners. * Increase website traffic, SEO, digital promotions and improve sales.

* Managing digital platforms for floating and promoting offers, marketing campaigns.

* Footfall improvement/ lead generation for Companys outlets and subsequent sales improvement.

* Ensuring brand awareness and positioning of the brand in the industry.

* Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts

* Branding and Marketing auditing of Companys outlets and ensuring corrections.

• • Branding of new outlets, launching and promotions
• • Handling Branding and Performance marketing agencies

* Responsible for KPI for daily/weekly reporting of Marketing team, setting objectives and delivering results. * Budgeting of Marketing and Branding requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Profiles demonstrated success within B2B/B2C marketing. Headed Marketing/Branding department in any hospitality industry, personal care & beauty, Fitness & wellness chains, lifestyle management clinic chains

Key skills:

• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns

• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies
