Key skills for the job
- Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the all the brands of company. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the brand, increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and building customer loyalty.
- The role is based in Mumbai and Reporting to the director of the business. Marketing Head will work very closely with the CMO/Marketing Director to create shareholder value by providing the vision, leadership, strategy, and general management skills necessary to grow the company into a dominant player in its industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales.
- Create annual revenue plan and quarterly Marketing plan and ensure efficient implementation of activities to achieve company targets
- Create and manage a marketing budget to ensure the most effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, sales, and e-commerce to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement an advertising and promotion strategy across various media channels.
- Will work closely with the top-tier management team dedicated to developing and growing customercentric brands.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust as necessary.
- Responsible for brand and marketing activities across online and offline mediums
- Enhance and if necessary, develop a brand positioning and messaging strategy that resonates with target customers.
- Work with relevant and the best in industry agencies, to drive results. Ensure to manage the relationship well and get the planned outcomes/impact measurement.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies in the cosmetics industry.
- Innovate to delight customer and enhance brand positioning
Education Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM from Premier B-Schools tier - 1 institute.
- Candidate should have an overall experience of 10-12 years. Mostly in the B2C space with one stint of 2 years or more in Beauty & cosmetics
Specifications Required:
- Ability to build and execute a profitable customer acquisition and retention plan for the business. committed to creating a brand whithatch is differentiated and resonates with consumers.
- Ability to understand consumers in the D2C and Retail space. Leverage technology for the same.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of the cosmetics industry, including trends, products, and competitors.
- Expert in Digital marketing not limited to SEO, marketplace marketing, Social media marketing, Performance marketing, Email and whatsapp marketing, remarketing
- Adept in latest Martech tools
- Implement and monitor all marketing processes for efficient functioning of the department
