Marketing Manager

Purpose: This opportunity is for young and dynamic marketing professionals who are highly self-motivated. He/She will be accountable for creating demand by judiciously employing both traditional and digital marketing, applying those in the wastewater treatment sector.

Location: Corporate Office in Hyderabad

(It will be a 6-day week typically with one Saturday off in a month.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create demand for our portfolio of products.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct surveys, analyze reports, and decide on necessary marketing actions.
• Develop Annual Marketing Budgets and calendarized actions.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to develop and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
• Brand Management & Portfolio Management.
• MarComm: Handle internal and external communications.
• Company Portal (Website) Management and corporate branding.
• Deploy Various Product Promotions & Tools: ○ Exhibitions ○ Customer meets ○ Advertising ○ Conference/Event participation ○ Collaterals, Testimonials, etc.
• Utilize Digital Marketing Techniques and Tools for optimal results: ○ Social Media Marketing ○ SEO Optimization ○ Analytics
• Manage Press Relations & Media.
• Analyze and Report the Effectiveness of marketing programs and make necessary adjustments .

Education and Experience:

● Engineering Degree from a reputed institute.

● Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or Management.

● 09 -13 Years of Relevant Experience (Sales experience is a significant plus).

● Knowledge in the Drinking Water or WasteWater Domain is advantageous but not essential.

● Must possess strong analytical and presentation skills.

● Open to travel when necessary to meet customers.
