Senior Engineer - QA/QC (Water Supply)

Position Overview:

The Quality Engineer play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of the Sites.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of quality assurance protocols, conducting inspections, and verifying the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures for electrical installations at solar sites.
• Conduct inspections and audits systems, and installations to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform root cause analysis for any quality failures and provide corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality materials
• Provide training and guidance to engineering and field staff on quality assurance standards and best practices.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions for audit purposes.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site , which may require outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Occasionally lift and move equipment/tools weighing up to [insert weight].

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Water Supply Project methods and equipment.
