Job Description
Skills Required: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Cost Reduction, Yield improvement, Performance Management, Risk Assessment, Process Improvement.
- To drive efficiency enhancement using OEE, VSM & PDCA/Six Sigma approach.
- Propose and evaluate cost optimization initiatives.
- Capture savings from OE projects
- Develop, measure & monitor key metrics to uncover areas of improvements
- Develop and lead training sessions on lean, kaizen & Problem solving
We are preferred only for Formulation experience.
Work Experience : - 2 to 5 years core OE background only.
