Executive/Assistant Manager/Dy Manager - Operational Excellence (OE)

1. Identify & Capitalize on Process Efficiency, Continuous Improvement & Cost reduction projects to streamline processes to ensure optimized systems while reducing costs.

2. Leading continuous improvement projects aligning with the KPIs & Organization values and goals based on problem solving tools such as DMAIC, Lean Tools, VSM.

3. Coordinate and guide department managers and team members to define the implementation strategies for continuous improvement across the organization.

4. Responsible for managing and leading cross functional project teams and work closely with business functions to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Co- ordinate joint OE workshops with customers to identify the improvement opportunities & implement customer related process improvement and cost reduction projects.

6. Developing, Measure & Continuous monitoring of key dept metrics to uncover areas of improvement.

7. Develop and Lead training session on Lean, Kaizen & Problem solving methods.
