Job Description
Basic Function
Support Wolters Kluwer Health s advertising operations needs such as order entry , house banner ad trafficking, and creative chasing . P artner with Publishing and Ad Sales for advertising campaign management and sales enablement.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
- Collect house ad campaign banner s , QA , traffic , and troubleshoot if necessary .
- Collaborate with Sales and other internal stakeholders to manage existin g advertising campaigns such as pulling relevant reporting.
- A d Sales billi n g support . Pull reports as needed and reconcile delivery with book ed revenue.
- Prioritize projects and manage customer expectations while balancing competing opportunities.
- Engage with Recruitment Sales, Operations , and Product teams to manage Recruitment feed by collecting creative, connecting with clients, and submitting sale information .
- Manage internal client expectations .
- Manage and communicate ad campaign schedules, goals , and other callouts .
- Communicate actionable findings to non-technical audience in clear and concise language .
Job Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent relevant work experience .
Experience :
- 1 - 2 years of campaign management , operations, or other related experience at a Publisher, Ad Agency, or Health Marketing company.
- Comfort with data analytics, digital advertising , or other relevant experience .
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: ( First list requirements, followed by preferences. )
- Required:
- Strong oral and written communication skills .
- Ability to understand campaign metrics or simple algebra.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously .
- Organization and planning skills .
- Willingness to ask questions.
- Ability to provide clear vision and direction directly to clients .
- Attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines .
- Professionalism , integrity , and critical thinking.
- Flexible and Adaptable to changing environment .
- Preferred:
- Experience with Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Madgex , IQVIA, or similar ad tech partner s .
- Experience in healthcare/medical sector desired but not required .
- Experience with o rder management systems a plus .
