Sales Support Specialist- Operations Sales

Support Wolters Kluwer Health s advertising operations needs such as order entry , house banner ad trafficking, and creative chasing . P artner with Publishing and Ad Sales for advertising campaign management and sales enablement.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

Education:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent relevant work experience .

Experience :

• 1 - 2 years of campaign management , operations, or other related experience at a Publisher, Ad Agency, or Health Marketing company.

• Comfort with data analytics, digital advertising , or other relevant experience .

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: ( First list requirements, followed by preferences. )

• Required:

• Strong oral and written communication skills .

• Ability to understand campaign metrics or simple algebra.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously .

• Organization and planning skills .

• Willingness to ask questions.

• Ability to provide clear vision and direction directly to clients .

• Attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines .

• Professionalism , integrity , and critical thinking.

• Flexible and Adaptable to changing environment .

• Preferred:

• Experience with Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, Madgex , IQVIA, or similar ad tech partner s .

• Experience in healthcare/medical sector desired but not required .

• Experience with o rder management systems a plus .
