Role Overview:
Were looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Lead Manager who can effectively manage, distribute, and track leads across a team of telecallers. The ideal candidate will know how to set up lead pipelines, automate workflows, and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain leads within CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, LeadSquared).
• Distribute leads to telecallers based on geography, priority, or lead scoring.
• Monitor lead status, progress, and follow-ups to ensure timely engagement.
• Implement automation and workflows to streamline lead nurturing.
• Track telecaller performance and generate reports on lead conversion rates.
• Clean, segment, and organize the lead database for better targeting.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead-handling strategies.
• Conduct regular audits to avoid lead leakage and maximize conversions.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, LeadSquared, or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of lead distribution, scoring, and funnel management.
• Ability to set up workflows, email sequences, and automated tasks.
• Analytical mindset with experience in generating CRM reports and insights.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in lead management or CRM operations.
• Experience in the education sector or with lead-heavy businesses is a plus.
• Familiarity with integrating CRMs with marketing platforms and ad accounts.
