Requirements For Planning Engineer(Delhi NCR)

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project timelines and milestones.
• Maintain and update the Hindrance Register at the site, recording actual dates and causes of hindrances.
• Monitor progress, track delays, and recommend corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Perform resource allocation, risk analysis, and budget forecasting.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure adherence to project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during project execution.
• Coordinate with various contracting agencies to streamline project execution.
• Prepare and update project timelines, making necessary adjustments to projections.
• Oversee scheduling tasks, including DLR preparation, P/C bills, look-ahead plans, manpower deployment schedules, cash flow analysis, budgets, and progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Anchor onsite construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Conduct planning, coordination, and scheduling meetings with project teams; document issues and actions related to the construction schedule.
• Collaborate with Billing, Services, and Execution departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely updates.
• To conduct site visit at regular interval for apprising management of site condition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Prior experience in construction project planning is an advantage.
