He will look after and help the Head HR in formulating the people capability development strategy and its execution to continuously build skills as per the organizational/individual needs against ongoing and future developmental needs.
He should be experienced in all L&D and OD interventions required at an Organisation level to make the organisation future ready in line with the Business Strategy and Vision of the Organisation
Designing the Training Budget for the entire organization
Planning and Implementing Training Needs Identification process(PMS outcome , supervisory recommendation, Business outcome , Competency Assessment)
Designing the training calendar for the year along with the programs to be undertaken
Facilitating training arrangement
Formulating the training evaluation metrics
Measuring the effectiveness/success of the training program
Oversee the process of identification of high potential talent in the system
Preparing the Individual Development Plan/Performance Improvement Plan for the selected high potential employees
Building up the internal talent pipeline for the organization
Making E-Learning a part of the training process with 25% of the training coming through e-learning process
Preferably he should be a Certified Trainer himself in some of the behavioral / leadership areas
