Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
  
• Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress, following up on offers, and ensuring timely communication.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using our ATS system.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry.
  
• Strong understanding of US IT market trends and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and candidate management.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
