Experience -2+ years

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in US setting.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, client coordination and the hiring landscape.
• Have experience working with GSIor implementation Clients like HCL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
