Job Title: Team Lead Inhouse Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inhouse recruiters to ensure optimal recruitment performance across all levels.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for various business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final placement.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Manage and oversee the daily recruitment operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely closure of open positions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact to job offer acceptance.
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.), identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and technologies, continuously introducing new solutions to improve recruitment processes.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, provide training to new and existing team members, and support their professional development.
• Participate in employer branding efforts, representing the company at career fairs, online platforms, and industry events.
• Review and update job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company needs and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment process.
• Partner with the HR team on workforce planning and recruitment forecasting.
