What Youll Do:
As a Canada IT Recruiter, youll play a pivotal role in building a world-class team by identifying and hiring exceptional IT professionals for Canada-based roles. Your efforts will directly contribute to our companys growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Recruitment: Partner with account managers to understand their unique needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
• Innovative Sourcing: Use a variety of channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to find the best talent.
• Screening & Selection: Conduct engaging initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
• Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate enjoys a seamless and positive journey by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
• Creative Job Postings: Write and publish compelling job descriptions to attract top-notch talent.
• Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to company policies and legal standards while tracking recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to refine processes.

What Were Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in technical recruitment within a corporate or agency setting, with a strong preference for experience working with government clients or MSP/VMS roles.
• Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
